Welcome to Human Design Observer, operated by Fjallagrös Stefanie Gehringer, a sole proprietorship based in Switzerland.
By booking a session or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Scope of Services
Human Design Observer offers individual Human Design sessions and family consultations designed to support self-reflection, personal insight, and a deeper understanding of relationships and communication.
Sessions are provided online or by prior arrangement.
The services offered are educational and reflective in nature and do not constitute medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic, legal, or financial advice.
2. Booking
Appointments can be requested via the contact form, email, or telephone.
A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.
3. Payment
Payments are due before the scheduled session unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Bank Transfer
- TWINT
- PayPal
All prices are stated in the applicable currency shown on the website.
4. Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend without prior notice, may be charged in full.
If Human Design Observer needs to cancel or reschedule a session, a new appointment will be arranged at no additional cost.
5. Client Responsibility
Clients participate voluntarily and remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and wellbeing.
The information shared during a session is intended to encourage reflection and understanding but should never replace professional advice where appropriate.
6. Disclaimer
Human Design sessions are intended for self-reflection, personal insight, and educational purposes.
They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
No specific outcomes or results can be guaranteed.
Any decisions made following a session remain the sole responsibility of the client.
7. Intellectual Property
All written reports, charts, guides, and other materials provided during or after a session remain the intellectual property of Human Design Observer unless otherwise stated.
They are intended solely for personal use and may not be reproduced, distributed, or published without prior written permission.
8. Confidentiality
All personal information shared during consultations will be treated confidentially.
Information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.
